Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sarah Burby Coaching & Mentorship ("we," "us," or "our"). They cover your use of our websites, including beyondbillablehours.co and intensive.beyondbillablehours.co and any related pages, checkout pages, and portals (the "Sites"), and your purchase of and participation in any of our programs (each a "Program"). By using the Sites or purchasing or accessing a Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our Programs

Beyond Billable Hours (Self-Paced Program). An on-demand, lifetime-access program for Board Certified Behavior Analysts that includes the C.O.R.E. Method curriculum, implementation playbooks, templates and tools, bonus trainings, the First-Client Roadmap, future curriculum updates, and access to our private clinician community, where members may submit questions and work for feedback from Sarah Burby and our coaching team.

Beyond Billable Hours LIVE (8-Week Coaching Intensive). A small-group, live online coaching intensive that includes eight (8) weekly live group coaching calls, beginning Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 7:00 PM Eastern, plus lifetime access to the full Beyond Billable Hours Self-Paced Program and private clinician community.

Program details, pricing, and dates are described on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase. We may update curriculum, bonuses, content, call dates or times, or platforms when reasonably necessary. If a live call must be rescheduled, we will notify participants in advance whenever possible.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase a Program. Our Programs are designed for behavior analysts and related professionals; you are responsible for determining whether a Program fits your needs.

Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is shown on the applicable sales page and at checkout, including:

• Beyond Billable Hours (Self-Paced): one payment of $297
• Beyond Billable Hours LIVE — Pay in Full: one payment of $997
• Beyond Billable Hours LIVE — 3-Month Payment Plan: $375 per month for three (3) consecutive months, with the first payment charged at checkout

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount or for each scheduled installment. Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not affect purchases already made.

Payment Plans

Choosing a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full plan total (for example, $1,125 for the LIVE 3-Month Payment Plan). It is not a monthly subscription and cannot be canceled to avoid remaining payments. If an installment fails, we will attempt to contact you. If payment is not resolved within seven (7) days, we may pause your access to live calls, the portal, and the community until your account is current. You remain responsible for all remaining installments whether or not you attend or use the Program.

Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means access to the Program portal materials and future curriculum updates for as long as we continue to offer the Program or host the materials, and as long as your account remains in good standing. It does not include future live coaching calls or separate programs unless stated at purchase. If we ever retire a portal, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

Live Calls and Attendance

Live calls are held online at the scheduled times. Missed calls are not refunded or credited. Live calls are not recorded, so please plan to attend live. To protect the privacy of all participants, you may not record, screenshot, or transcribe any call, including with AI note-taking tools.

Feedback and Coaching Team

Feedback on your offers, copy, and questions may be provided by Sarah Burby or members of our trained coaching team. Feedback is educational, is provided on a reasonable-effort basis, and may not be available at all times. Response times are not guaranteed.

Community Guidelines and Confidentiality

To keep our community a safe, professional space, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect; harassment, discrimination, or spam will not be tolerated
• Keep what other members share on calls and in the community confidential
• Never share client names, protected health information (PHI), or any details that could identify a client
• Not use the community to sell or solicit without our permission

We may remove any content and suspend or end the access of anyone who violates these guidelines, without refund.

Intellectual Property

All Program materials — including the C.O.R.E. Method, videos, curriculum, playbooks, templates, worksheets, frameworks, bonus trainings, and call content — are owned by Sarah Burby Coaching & Mentorship and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may adapt the templates for your own practice, but you may not share your login, resell, redistribute, publish, or use the materials to create a competing course, coaching program, or product.

Professional Disclaimer

Our Programs provide business education and coaching only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, clinical, or insurance advice, and they do not create a supervisory or professional relationship. You remain solely responsible for your own business decisions, for offering services only within your competence and professional scope, and for complying with the BACB Ethics Code, your state licensure laws, HIPAA, and all other laws and regulations that apply to your practice. Please consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or other professional for advice specific to your situation. Unless expressly stated in writing, our Programs do not offer continuing education (CE) credit.

Earnings, Results, and Testimonials Disclaimer

Any examples of results, income, or business growth — including testimonials and references to our founder's own experience or to six- or seven-figure businesses — are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of past participants. Your results depend on your offer, audience, market, professional scope, effort, follow-through, business decisions, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any clients, income, revenue, or specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

The Sites and Programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarah Burby Coaching & Mentorship is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Sites or any Program. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Program giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sarah Burby Coaching & Mentorship from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Sites or Programs, your business, or your violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Platforms

Our Sites and Programs are delivered using third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or the practices of these third parties.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program name: Beyond Billable Hours Text Alerts, operated by Sarah Burby Coaching & Mentorship.

What you'll receive: By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms or checkout pages, or texting a keyword to our number, you agree to receive recurring text messages about your account and purchases, live call reminders, Program updates, customer support, and — only if you separately agree to marketing messages — promotions and offers for our Programs.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies (typically up to 8 messages per month, and more during live Program weeks). Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you'll receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sarah@mindbodybehaviorllc.com.

Consent is not required to purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any Program.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have permission to use the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, please reply STOP from the old number or let us know.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at sarah@mindbodybehaviorllc.com and try to resolve the issue informally for at least thirty (30) days. Any legal action must be brought in the state courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Sites or Programs after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
